Photography

Base rate: $130 + $10/photo

Demi package: $220 for 10 photos

Small package: $300 for 20 photos

Medium: $400 for 30 photos

Large: $500 for 40 photos

The following digital alterations are included: blue sky, fire in fireplaces, green grass. More involved digital alteration may incur an additional cost.

Drone photography

Base rate: $170 -includes 1 photo

$10 for each additional photo

Package of 5: $205

Miscellaneous

Guaranteed 9AM rush: $50

Guaranteed 12PM rush: $30

Sorry, videos cannot be rushed.

Drone Videography

2 minute drone video, including hybrid videos: $300

Shorter videos available upon request. Let me know what you have in mind and I'll quote you a price!

Drone video + 3 drone photos: $440

Travel fee: $25 for every 30 miles driven beyond Highland Park. $25 for every additional 30 mile "tier".

Ferry fee: Cost of ferry ride + $30

Return trip fee: $50

Same day cancellation fee: $50

Policies

Payment and Delivery

Aimee Chase Photography owns all photos taken. The photos you receive after a shoot are yours to use for the life of the real estate listing. If I photograph a condominium for you, you are welcome to use the exterior and amenity photos for other listings. Please do not share my photos with other realtors; direct them to me with questions regarding usage fees. If you are already hiring me for a photo shoot in a condominium or other living situation with communal amenities, for which I've already taken photos, you may buy stock photos to use for $5/apiece.

Unlike wedding photographers, I do not take a bunch of photos and then let you pick which ones you will pay for. If you are not able to attend a shoot, let's be sure to talk ahead of time to make sure we are on the same page. If you are at the shoot with me, you are welcome to preview my shots to make sure I've covered everything to your satisfaction. If there's something really specific that you want, just ask! You are responsible for paying for all the photos taken at a shoot.

An invoice will be sent to your email, followed by the photos. Please pay the invoice at the time you receive photos. Zelle and Venmo are my preferred payment methods; the details are at the bottom of each invoice.

All photos and videos will be sent in a Zip file via Dropbox.
