Some things just look better from above, whether it's a house sitting on a steep hill or a neighborhood vista. If the best vantage point of your property is from out over a lake, or up in the trees behind the home, a drone is the best tool for the job. I am Part 107 FAA certified and have 6 years of experience.

Drone photo shoots typically take about 20 minutes, drone video shoots may take up to an hour or more. It is best to have everything looking fabulous before I arrive - garbage cans hidden, garage doors closed, cars parked away from the property. When possible, I prefer to meet you at the shoot, especially if it's our first time working together; otherwise let's be sure to talk on the phone on the day of the shoot!
Drone Photos
$170 base rate, includes one photo.
$10 per additional photo
$205 for a package of 5
Drone Video
$300 for a 2 minute finished video.
Please let me know if you'd like a hybrid video - drone shots edited together with moving interior photos. Interior drone video coming soon!
Drone Photo and Video Package
$440 for up to 3 photos plus drone video. $10/each per additional photo
Drone photos will be available next day at 4PM. Drone videos will be available by the next evening. My preferred payment methods are Zelle and Venmo. When your photos are done, I will send you an invoice. All media is sent via Dropbox link. Let me know if you want the sky turned blue or the grass turned green in the photos. Please note that these kinds of alterations are not possible in video.
