Welcome to my website! My name is Aimee Chase and I've been doing real estate photography in the Seattle metro area since 2006. Over the years, I've met so many interesting people and have seen such a wide variety of homes . I love seeing all the different kinds of architecture in the Pacific Northwest, and I take great joy and satisfaction in making everyone's home look great, no matter the size or the architectural style.  In 2018 I added drone photography to my repertoire, and in 2023 began creating drone videos. As you may imagine, flying a drone is a great delight, and the photos and videos taken from above add a whole new layer of interest  to a real estate listing.  

Why hire me? I have worked consistently through 18 years of boom and bust cycles in the housing market. I have a finely honed attention to detail and aesthetic sense, and can see what will or will not look good in a photo. I understand that there are a wide variety of reasons for selling a home, and homeowners may be experiencing a great deal of stress, excitement, grief, frustration, or any number of emotions.  I bring kindness, competence, and great communication skills to the table to set everyone at ease and ensure that you get the photos you want. I do all my work in-house and so can provide a 9AM turnaround for all but the most extensive photo shoots.  

 

Fun facts: I grew up in RI and VT, and started taking photos with a Nikon F2 in 1992.  I took as many photography classes as I could during high school and college, and I worked for several years at a photo lab. I moved to Seattle in 1999 and have lived in the Highland Park neighborhood of West Seattle with my husband and bunnies since 2008. I am a lifelong skier and occasional snowboarder, and I love being outdoors in all seasons, motorcycle camping and hiking in the summer, and enjoying good books and good art year-round.

My photographic interests and skills extend beyond real estate. If you need great photos of an industrial space, a working factory, a gym, or an event space, or if you need close up photos to showcase a particular product, I'm your person.  I have great skill and experience in photographing any and all inanimate objects. While I do not specialize in photographing animals, I could not resist doing a photo shoot of the surprise litter of bunnies (!!!)  that our girl and boy bunny had in 2023​.
